As a German board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Sheila brings a European philosophy of skincare rooted in prevention, precision, quality, and long-term skin health. Having trained and practiced in Germany and Switzerland before moving to New York City, she developed an appreciation for a more thoughtful approach to skincare, one that prioritizes skin function, barrier health, and consistency over trends and quick fixes. Dr. Ramtin Kassir, a triple board-certified facial plastic surgeon, has spent decades helping patients achieve natural, refined results through advanced surgical and non-surgical procedures. Together, they have cared for thousands of patients and gained a unique understanding of what skin truly needs to heal, recover, and thrive. Inside Beauty was created to bring together the best of European skincare philosophy and American aesthetic innovation. Every product is inspired by real patient experiences, clinical expertise, and the understanding that skincare should support the skin -not challenge it.
